Winwave.ai is a comprehensive soccer team management platform designed to help coaches and teams achieve peak performance. We offer data analysis tools, training management, player performance tracking, and other features related to sports management.
To use certain features of Winwave.ai, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
All content available through Winwave.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Winwave.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You agree not to: (a) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the platform; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the platform; (c) create "links" to the platform, or "frame" or "mirror" any content; (d) reverse engineer or access the platform to build a competitive product or service; (e) use the platform in any unlawful manner or in any manner that infringes the rights of others.
Our Privacy Policy, available at Winwave.ai, describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our platform. By using Winwave.ai, you agree to our privacy practices.
Certain aspects of our platform require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are detailed on our pricing page. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. We reserve the right to change our prices with prior notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms.
In no event shall Winwave.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
